Air Park
As a world-class motorsports, entertainment, and advanced technology destination, Attesa will cater to corporate, racing and tourism visitors from near and far. For maximum convenience, the community will include a private air strip and adjacent commerce park.
The FBO airport will offer fuel, storage, maintenance, repair, and other services. Residential neighborhoods will feature large, luxury hangar homes with the through-the-gate access. Industrial areas will also have direct runway access for shipping, receiving and distribution.
Hangar Homes
The air park at Attesa will feature luxurious custom homes on large lots, each featuring hangar space for many different types and sizes of aircraft. All homes will be LEED certified for maximum efficiency and sustainability with through-the-gate access to the runway.
FBO
Attesa’s fixed base operator (FBO) airport will offer fuel, storage, maintenance, repairs and other services. Oriented east and west, the facility will accommodate the most popular private aircraft including corporate jets. Larger passenger and cargo aircraft, up to the size of a Boeing 737, will also be able to land at Attesa.
Industrial
Situated near Attesa’s southern boundary, the air park at Attesa will be surrounded by prime industrial space featuring direct, through-the-gate access for shipping, receiving, distribution and light manufacturing. The air park is close to Interstate highways 10 and 8, a large nearby population base, and strong support from local government.
Aviation R&D
The air park at Attesa will be the ideal headquarters for airplane, helicopter and drone manufacturers that desire a stable climate, close proximity to Arizona’s two largest population centers for workers, and a location in the middle of the desert for privacy and safety.
